Terms and Conditions for Lumi Carrier Screening Test Upgrade Promotion

1. Eligibility

1.1 The promotion is open to females who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry for the Standard Carrier Screening test, and to couples who are over 18 years of age for the Extended and Comprehensive Carrier Screening tests.

1.2 Participants must be Medicare-eligible or pay for the Non-Medicare Carrier Screening test to qualify for the upgrade prize. Entrants who have previously claimed the Medicare benefit for Carrier Screening must order a Non-Medicare test to enter.

1.3 This promotion is only available to Australian residents.

2. Number of Permitted Entries

2.1 Only one entry is permitted per person.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The promotion begins at 9:00 AM AEDT on October 23, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on October 31, 2024.

3.2 Orders must be placed during this period to qualify for the upgrade draw.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, customers must order a Lumi Carrier Screening test within the promotion period.

4.2 Each eligible purchase automatically enters the customer into the draw for an upgrade to their Lumi Carrier Screening test.

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will receive an upgrade from the ordered Lumi Carrier Screening test, with a retail value of up to RRP $940.

5.2 If the winning test is a Lumi Standard Carrier Screening test, it will be upgraded to a Lumi Extended Carrier Screening test (RRP $810).

5.3 If the winning test is a Lumi Extended Carrier Screening test, it will be upgraded to a Lumi Comprehensive Carrier Screening test, screening an additional 620+ genes compared to what was purchased (RRP $940).

5.4 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at Lumi Offices, Level 20, 627 Chapel St, South Yarra, 3141, Victoria.

6.2 The winner will be notified by email and phone within 7 days of the promotion closing.

6.3 If the winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

7. General Conditions

7.1 By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

7.2 Lumi reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal data collected as part of this promotion will be used for the purpose of administering the promotion and contacting the winner, in accordance with Lumi's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.lumihealth.com.au/privacy-policy.

9. Limitations

9.1 Lumi and its affiliates are not responsible for any technical issues, lost or late entries, or any other event outside their reasonable control that may affect the outcome of the promotion.
