Lumi "Galentine's" Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview
   • By participating in the "Refer a Friend" promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
   • Enter our discount code “GALENTINES” at checkout to redeem free shipping on eligible items (excluding any items specifically excluded under the promotion).
   • We will send you a unique Galentine link to share with your friends. If your referred friend orders a Lumi test, you will both enter the draw to win 1 of 2x $200 AUD date night vouchers.
2. Eligibility
   • The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
   • Employees of Lumi and their immediate family members are ineligible for this promotion.
   • Only one entry per referral; referring the same friend multiple times will not result in additional entries. Referring multiple friends will result in multiple entries.
3. Referral Process
   • Entries must have a valid email and phone number.
   • Participants’ contact details will only be used for this competition and to manage the Lumi Carrier Screen test process.
   • Personal data will be retained for the duration of the promotion and for a period necessary to manage the competition, in compliance with Lumi’s Privacy Policy.
4. Promotion Period
   • The promotion begins at 12:00 AM AEDT on February 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on February 28, 2025.
   • All entries must be received during this period to be eligible for the prize draw.
5. Prize Draw and Notification
   • Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible referrals.
   • The draw will occur on March 3rd, 2025, at 12:00 PM AEST.
   • The winners will be notified by phone call and email within 5 business days of the draw.
   • If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, Lumi reserves the right to select an alternative winner. If the winner fails to provide adequate documentation (e.g., proof of identity) within this period, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner.
6. Prize Details
   • The prize is a date night Visa gift card to the value of $200 AUD, redeemable at the winner’s discretion.
   • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
   • The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing voucher provider, including any expiry dates, usage restrictions, or redemption conditions.
7. General Conditions
   • Lumi reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in dishonest or unethical behavior, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or fraudulent referrals.
   • Lumi reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. Any changes to the promotion will be communicated promptly via the Lumi website or by email to participants.
   • Participants are advised that Lumi’s decisions regarding the promotion are final.
8. Liability
   • Lumi is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury beyond its reasonable control, except as required by law.
   • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability in respect of any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Privacy
   • By entering the promotion, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Lumi's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.lumihealth.com.au/privacy-policy.
   • Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles. You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting Lumi customer support at support@lumihealth.com.au.
10. Governing Law
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
