The 7 character batch number is printed on your Elevit or Menevit product packaging. Look for the code next to theⓑ symbol, above the manufacturing and expiry dates. It may be on the bottom or side of the packaging.

Your Prenatal Wellness sample must be returned together with your Carrier Screening sample using the Reply Paid envelope provided in your Carrier Screening Kit. You will receive notification once we receive your sample.

Eligible purchases must be made between 10 September and 31 December 2026, and your test must be received by Lumi Health by 31 January 2027.
